Integrations

Connect the tools your team already uses. Agents read them for context and work in them when you allow it. Some can also start an agent when something happens.

Yours or the team's
| Connection | Who connects | Who can use it |
|---|---|---|
| Your own | Anyone | Only you and your agents |
| Shared | Anyone, then an admin selects Share with organization | Everyone in your workspace |
| Workspace-wide | Admins only | Everyone. Slack and social signal accounts work this way. Each person connects their own LinkedIn for sending. |
Some apps are always personal:
Google Workspace,
Google Contacts,
Google Search Console,
Google Analytics and
Granola. Each teammate connects their own.
Control what agents can do
Two settings decide what an agent may do in a connected app. Agent permissions set the limits for your whole workspace, and each agent can be stricter.
| Setting | Where | What it controls |
|---|---|---|
| Agent permissions | Integrations, then the app | What any agent may do in this app, for your whole workspace |
| The agent's own setting | ⋯ → Agent settings → What it can do | Update records without asking, on or off. To keep one agent out of an app, set it to Off for this agent in its tools. |
In Agent permissions, each kind of action has its own setting:
| Choose | Means |
|---|---|
| Allowed | Agents may use these actions, following each agent's own approval setting |
| Per action | Each action keeps its own setting. View supported actions shows what each one is set to. |
| Off | Agents can't use these actions |
Actions are grouped as Read, Create, Edit, Send or publish, Delete or archive and Other changes. To stop all agent actions in an app without disconnecting it, turn off Tool access.
Only admins can change Agent permissions.
