What agents can do

Connect
1 Create an API key in Smartlead
Use a key that can read campaigns, leads and campaign analytics.
2 Open Integrations → Smartlead
3 Paste the key and select Connect securely
Your key is encrypted and never shown in GTM chats.
4 Share it with your team
Optional, for admins. Select Share with organization so your teammates' agents can use it too.
Good to know
- Read-only: agents never change anything in Smartlead.
Disconnect
In Integrations → Smartlead, Disconnect removes your own connection. To remove the shared one for everyone, an admin selects Stop sharing with your team.
