Earlier messages aren't imported, and new ones can take a little while to appear.
Connect
1 Open Integrations → X (Twitter)
Admins only.
2 Select Connect
Approve direct-message access when X asks.
Good to know
- X also asks for permission to post. GTM uses the connection for signals and account management.
Disconnect
In Integrations → X (Twitter), select Disconnect.
