Share an agent
Your teammates can see your agents and what they find, unless an agent reads your personal accounts or private notes. To change that, open the agent, select ⋯ → Agent settings, then Sharing (it appears once the agent has started). An agent that can use your Google or Granola account can't be shared until you turn that account off in its tools.
| Choose | Means |
|---|---|
| Your team can see it | Everyone can read what it finds |
| Your team can run it | They can run it too. Their runs leave out your private notes and accounts. |
| Managers | People you pick can change how it works |
The agent keeps using your connected accounts, so you stay responsible for it. Replies from your teammates' agents show under Team in the Inbox, where you can read them but not reply.
What stays private
- Your
Google mail, calendar and files, and your
Granola notes. These are never shared. - Chats where GTM used one of your personal accounts. Only you can see them.
- Your
LinkedIn. Only you can send from it, unless you turn on Share with your team.
Remove a teammate
Admins: in Settings → Organization, find them under People with access and select Remove, then Remove member. They lose access right away. Their account and other workspaces aren't affected.
Use more than one workspace
Select your workspace name at the top of the sidebar, then New workspace. Once you have two or more, switch between them from the same menu.
