Company Brief
The Company Brief is GTM's notes on your company: what you sell, who buys it and why. GTM writes it from your website when you sign up, and agents read it on every run to decide who fits.

The brief tells agents not to prospect your own team, or the customers and competitors it names.
How agents use it
- Every run reads the latest brief.
- If the brief changes during a run, the run stops. Start a new run to use your changes.
- When you ask GTM about your company in chat, it uses the brief automatically.
Check it and fix it
1 Open Library → Company Brief
2 Edit what's wrong
The brief is a normal document, and anyone in your workspace can edit it. You can also ask in chat, like "Add to our Company Brief that we also sell to hospitals."
If GTM used one of your personal accounts to make a change, it comes in as a suggested correction instead. Corrections about your ideal customer, customers, markets, positioning, pricing, security or compliance, or that conflict with the brief, need an admin to approve.
Rebuild it from your website
Admins can start over from a website, for example after a rebrand.
1 Open Settings → Organization
2 Select Rebuild brief next to Company website
In the dialog, keep your website or enter a new one, then select Rebuild Company Brief. Your current brief stays available, read-only, while GTM works.
See earlier versions
In the brief, select Versions to see every earlier version. Select Restore version to bring one back.
If something goes wrong
No company brief yet
GTM is still writing it. It appears when workspace setup finishes.
No completed Company Brief
GTM couldn't finish it. Select Build Company Brief, then Rebuild brief in Settings → Organization.
The Company Brief changed during this run
Start a new run so the agent uses the current brief.
